- We act solely as an intermediary platform providing access to these services
- Users are solely responsible for verifying usage rights and copyright compliance
- AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing works
Platform Liability & Intermediary Role
Plonkify acts exclusively as a platform provider and intermediary. We are not responsible for:
- Content generated by third-party AI services accessed through our platform
- The quality, accuracy, or legal status of AI-generated content
- Copyright claims arising from AI-generated content
- User-uploaded content
- Third-party claims related to user-generated or AI-generated content
- Changes, outages, or discontinuation of third-party AI services
Users indemnify Plonkify against all claims arising from their use of the service and AI-generated content.
