You may use Plonkify tracks for:

• Streaming: Twitch, YouTube Live, TikTok Live
• Videos: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
• Podcasts: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, all platforms
• Commercial Use: Advertising, Sponsored Content, monetized videos
• Public Performance: Events, Trade Shows, Presentations
• Editing: Remixes, Mashups, Cuts (for your own use)
• Download & Archiving: Unlimited for personal use

No attribution required (but appreciated!)

❌ FORBIDDEN USAGE

The following actions are ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN:

1. Copyright Registration & Claims

• Registration with YouTube Content ID
• Registration with Facebook Rights Manager
• Registration with Audible Magic, ACRCloud or similar systems
• Registration with collecting societies (GEMA, ASCAP, BMI, PRS, SACEM, etc.)
• Filing copyright claims against other users
• DMCA takedowns against other Plonkify users

2. Resale & Licensing

• Selling tracks as 'your own music'
• Upload to stock music platforms (AudioJungle, Pond5, etc.)
• Licensing to third parties (Epidemic Sound, Artlist, etc.)
• Selling licenses to others
• Inclusion in 'Music Packs' for sale

3. Abuse

• Claiming to be the original creator
• Using to create competing music platforms
• Training AI models with Plonkify tracks

⚠️ AI-Generated Music - What You Should Know

All tracks are created with AI technology.

What this means for you:

• While rare, AI-generated tracks could theoretically resemble existing songs
• We review every track, but can't guarantee 100% uniqueness
• If any issues arise, we're here to help with information

Your part:

• You use tracks at your own discretion
• If a copyright claim occurs: Remove the track from your content immediately
• Let us know about any copyright issues within 24 hours

What we provide:

• Full Plonks refund for legitimate copyright claims
• Free replacement track with different settings
• Track creation details (date, creator, download history)
• License certificate proving your legitimate use

🚨 CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

First Warning:

• Written warning
• 7 days to correct
• All claims/registrations must be withdrawn

Repeated Violation:

• Immediate permanent account ban
• All licenses will be revoked
• Legal action (damages, cease and desist)
• Public listing on Plonkify website (Hall of Shame)

Damages:

• Minimum $5,000 per violation
• Plus lawyer fees
• Plus damages to affected users

✍️ ACCEPTANCE

By downloading or using a Plonkify track, you accept:

• These license terms in full
• All restrictions and prohibitions
• All consequences of violation

If you do not agree:

• Do not use Plonkify
• Delete all downloaded tracks
